๐ฆ Manhole Blown by Flash Floods: Torrential rain Sunday night sent four inches of water rushing into St. Louis sewers in just two hours, creating air pressure that popped a manhole near Vandeventer and Foundry. The Metropolitan Sewer District says better ventilation is in the works.
