Harry Goz (1932): an American musical theatre and voice actor.
Herman H. Hanneken (1893): a United States Marine Corps officer and a recipient of the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor. Beginning his career as an enlisted man, Hanneken served in the Banana Wars of the 1910s and 1920s.
Katherine Henderson (1909): a classic female blues singer. Most of her recording sessions took place in Long Island City, New York City, in October and November 1928.
