A new indoor golf and entertainment venue has just opened in Clayton.

Five Iron Golf, a modern, tech-driven alternative to traditional golf, debuted its first St. Louis-area location last weekend on the ground floor of Emerson Tower.

Spanning 8,300 square feet, the space features 10 Trackman simulator bays, a full bar and lounge, and amenities such as golf instruction, club fittings, showers, and league play. Guests can reserve simulators in 30-minute to four-hour blocks, with no dress code required.

Open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, Five Iron offers a casual, social environment for everything from corporate events and birthdays to casual hangouts. For non-golfers, you can enjoy pool, shuffleboard, and TVs showing local and national sports.

The menu includes appetizers, artisan pizzas, sandwiches, tacos, and St. Louis favorites like toasted ravioli and gooey butter cake. They offer a wide array of drinks ranging from craft cocktails and beer to mocktails and spirit flights.

Founded in New York in 2017, Five Iron has over 30 locations globally. The new St. Louis location marks the brand’s third franchise and was backed by local partner Carlton Blood, who saw the venue as a perfect fit for St. Louis. “This matched the ambiance and vibe I envisioned,” he said. “To bring a golf-forward and tech-driven space here is very exciting.”
