Grab a drink and hang out with some feathered friends.
Beer with the Birds is happening Thursday, June 12 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Saint Louis Zoo’s Bird Garden.
This 21+ event offers a chill summer evening filled with craft beer samples, hors d’oeuvres, and up-close encounters with birds like tawny frogmouths, helmeted curassows, great-horned owls and Layla the crow.
Guests who attend will also get to hear a short talk on the Zoo’s avian conservation work in the Pacific Islands, including efforts to save rare species like the Guam kingfisher.
It’s a relaxing way to enjoy a drink, learn something new and experience the zoo after hours.
